The porridge recipe also leaves plenty of room for creativity. You can also use other cereals in the recipe instead of oat or millet flakes. Daniel's recommendation is millet flakes because they are gluten-free and very digestible.

Ingredients for 4 servings of Protein Porridge

Preparation:

  1. Mix ingredients and grind in a stand mixer
  2. For the porridge, add 200ml hot liquid (e.g. water, Hemp milk) mix with 50-60g porridge
  3. Stir well, allow to steep briefly
  4. Finally refine as desired with nuts, fruit, oil

You can also add your favourite spices to the porridge mix. Cinnamon, cocoa and ginger are hempion favourites to activate the body in the morning.
