Fast energy with Mango Hemp Energy Balls
These energy balls are a healthy, quick and above all delicious snack full of power.
Whether it's an afternoon slump or a sudden craving, this snack is a super tasty and long-lasting source of energy as an alternative to chocolate, all without refined sugar.
The Mango Hemp Energy Balls have it all:
- Hemp seeds provide you with the necessary protein, fibre and omega-3 fatty acids.

- Besides the exotic kick and natural sweetness, the mango provides a lot of vitamin C and A.
Overview
Mango Hemp Energy Balls are vegan and gluten-free, as long as you use gluten-free oatmeal.
As an alternative to oat flakes, you can of course also use millet or other cereal flakes.
Ingredients for 20-25 Hemp Mango Energy Balls
- 100 g oat flakes
- 50 g grated coconut
- 50 g hemp seeds
- 100 g dried mangoes (soak in hot water for a few minutes)
- 50-100 ml soaking water
- 1 tsp vanilla & cinnamon mixed
- 1 pinch of salt
- Optional: 1 tbsp maple syrup
Preparation time: 20 minutes

- Put the oat flakes, hemp seeds, mangoes, spices and maple syrup in a powerful blender and blend until homogeneous. Gradually add a little of the soaking water until you have a doughy, compact mass.
- Remove the mixture from the blender and shape into bite-sized balls.
- Then just roll the finished balls in the coconut flakes.
- The balls will keep in the fridge for a good 2 weeks.
Tip: SIf the dough is still too sticky or too warm after mixing, simply set it aside for 15 minutes.
