Hemp patties instead of hamburgers
You don't have to miss out on burgers in the vital hemp cuisine. The delicious patties taste best with salads and vegetables, with or without burger bread. Moreover, the hemp patties are quick to prepare and therefore a real alternative to the original.
Overview
The hemp patties are vegetarian and can also be made vegan without much effort. For the vegan version, mix flax or chia seeds with 4 tbsp water and soak for 20 minutes. The mixture can be used to replace the egg in the recipe. Our hemp fritters recipe is not gluten-free.
