Crunchy hemp crackers, simply homemade
With the Hempions hemp crackers, you can easily conjure up a healthy snack for yourself. With lots of seeds and hemp protein, the crackers not only taste delicious, but are also very healthy for you.
Overview
- 40 g spelt flour
- 40 g oat flakes
- 40 g Organic Hemp Protein High Fiber
- 250 ml cold water
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 30 g sunflower seeds
- 30 g pumpkin seeds
- 40 g Organic hemp seeds unhulled
- ½ tsp salt

- Preheat the oven to 170° C.
- Mix all the dry ingredients together well in a bowl.
- Add the oil and the water to the dry mixture and stir in evenly.
- Pour the mixture onto a baking tray lined with baking paper and spread out thinly.
- Put the tray in the oven for 10 minutes and then take it out of the oven briefly to pre-cut the mixture into squares of the same size.
- Then return to the oven for another 40 minutes (if the crackers are thin, they can be ready earlier).
- Let cool briefly and enjoy.
