The fruity power bread
Fresh apples, Christmas spices and the Hempions Power ingredients make the hemp apple bread an absolute treat. The pastry is especially popular in winter as a sweet dessert or with coffee.

Our hemp apple bread is vegan and not gluten-free.
Ingredients
- ½ kg peeled apples
- 100g Hemp Protein High Fiber
- 250 g spelt flour
- ½ packet baking powder
- ½ tbsp. cinnamon powder
- ½ tbsp clove powder
- 1 tsp allspice powder
- 100 g cane sugar
- 100 g walnuts
- 50 g Hemp Seeds Premium
- 100 g sultanas
- 125 g dried figs
- 3-4 tbsp rum or water
- 1 TBSP. Hemp seeds unhulled (for the form)
Preparation time: 20 minutes
Baking time: 70-90 minutes

- Peel and finely grate the apples
- Finely chop the nuts and chop the figs.
- Add all remaining ingredients (except hemp seeds unpeeled) and mix well.
- Grease a loaf tin and spread the unhulled hemp seeds in it.
- Pour the mixture into the tin and bake at 170° C for 70-90 minutes.
Other dried fruits and nuts can also be used if desired.
