The crunchy ice cream experience for champions
With this recipe you can easily make creamy, nutty hemp ice cream yourself. The hemp Crunchies also make the ice cream a vital crunchy experience in a class of its own. The valuable omega fats, protein and minerals in the hemp ice cream ensure a clear conscience.
By the way, you don't need an ice cream maker for our homemade hemp ice cream. We explain step by step how to make the creamy ice cream in the freezer.

Our Crunchies hemp ice cream is vegan, gluten-free and generally suitable for allergy sufferers.
Ingredients for Crunchies Hemp Ice Cream
- 250 g Hemp Puree Premium
- 100 ml raw cane sugar, maple syrup or honey
- 400 ml water
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
- 50 g Hemp Crunchies Nature
- Hemp crunchies of your choice for decorating
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Resting time: 150 minutes (without ice cream maker)

- Mix the hemp puree together with the water, salt, sugar and vanilla extract with a mixer or whisk until the mixture is evenly distributed.
- Either put the mixture into the ice cream maker or freeze as follows
- Place the mixture in a bowl with at least twice the volume of the ice cream mixture and place in the freezer.
- Leave the bowl in the freezer until a few centimetres of the ice cream mixture have frozen around the edge, this will take about 90 minutes depending on the freezer.
- Stir the mixture vigorously with a whisk, add the hemp crunchies and place back in the freezer.
- Repeat this process at shorter intervals about 3 times until a soft ice cream-like mass has been formed.
- Finally, transfer the ice cream to a storable dish or eat it straight away. Serve the hemp ice cream with hemp crunchies and hemp oil.
You can also replace the sugar in the recipe with a ripe banana. Ideally, you should put all the ingredients in a blender to make a homogeneous mixture.
