In addition, hemp protein brings a special, nutty taste to the biscuits. The hemp biscuits become even crunchier when you add unhulled hemp seeds into the mass.

Overview
- 220 g spelt flour
- 80 g Organic Hemp Protein High Fiber (or hemp flour)
- 100 g brown sugar or coconut blossom sugar
- 100 g butter or margarine (chilled)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 package baking powder
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- For crispy biscuits: 40g unhulled hemp seeds admit

- First, mix all the ingredients into a shortcrust pastry. If the dough is not firm enough, simply add a little more flour.
- Then place the mixture in a bowl and cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- After the resting time, preheat the oven to 180° C.
- Roll out the dough thinly and cut out the biscuits.
- Bake the chocolate hemp biscuits in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes.
Tip: Don't skimp on cocoa powder
