What makes badminton so unique for Kilian?
Badminton is the fastest ball sport in the world, in which the ball can reach speeds of up to 490 km/h. This speed is what makes badminton a sport for me and that's why I love it.
Why does Kilian rely on hemp?
The hemp seeds allow me to minimise my milk consumption and at the same time I don't have to do without anything. With the homemade Hemp milk I can make all my shakes that I need for my body. My tip: 500ml water, 50g hemp seeds peeled, 2 spoons of hemp protein premium, a banana and cocoa.
